Welcome to Kilbaha South - or ‘down the lane’ as the locals know it.
Sanity warning: this property is very rural - the peace and quiet is stunning - you will need a car. However, the restaurants, pubs, lively nights are not far away in Moyvane, Listowel and Ballybunion with a taxi ride home.
A holiday in Ireland is a combination of relaxation and social madness. The pace of life in rural Ireland still takes you back decades - you will be held up on country roads by old tractors, cows crossing the road and stray dogs. Oh, and please wave back to anyone that waves at you - still a very comforting friendly trait. Having raved about the quiet life, this is blown out of the water if you get caught up in a cosy little pub with live entertainment you will not be leaving that same evening!
I have tried very much to maintain the tradition of this house by renovating it using the original structure, keeping the thick stone walls, while adding extra space and modern facilities. I want you to be able to walk through the door, kick off your shoes and treat it as your home during your stay.
